Last things we did in the classroom: (have a great summer!)
Kindergarten made clay caterpillars to mimic their real–life butterfly cocoons.

1st Grade learned about primary and secondary colors and painted relief sun faces with orange paint.

2nd Grade made flags from their ancestors’ countries to help decorate for their Family History Day.

3rd Grade created stained glass designs with black glue and chalk.

4th Grade designed and painted 3D birds with paper.

5th Grade learned how to blend and control watercolor paints.

6th Grade used polymer clay to make face tiles for a permanent mural.

7th Graders learned about the challenges of interior design by creating their own floor plan on graph paper.

8th Grade created theirown iPod silhouettes in Photoshop.

Honors Art prepared portfolios and learned how to critique art.
