Ministries
St. Paul’s Lutheran School
K—8th grade fully-accredited Day School is our oldest and largest ministry dedicated to educating disciples of Christ.
St. Paul’s Early Childhood Center
Fully-accredited preschool and childcare serves the community by giving tender-loving care and development and Jesus Time to toddlers.
Sunday School
Classes for ages 3 through 8th Grade; Recessed between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Vacation Bible School
Monday through Friday mornings, the second full week of June. Open to the community, this high-energy VBS week has a theme and engaging activities, crafts, songs, and storytelling about God’s love for us. Ages 3 through Sixth Grade.
Bible Studies
Several Bible Studies are hosted here at St. Paul’s at different times through the week.
Small Group Ministry
A variety of small groups are devoted to study and discuss the Bible together during the week, hosted by interested members in their homes.
Compass
is a new way the Board of Deacons is encouraging Christians to study the Bible more at home, individually or as a family.
Missions
We proudly sponsor and directly support missions work in the Alaskan
Mission for Christ, the Wittenberg Project, and the Bakery House in Gary, Indiana, with volunteer mission trips, prayer and financial assistance. The Munster Christian Outreach Center for the Blind actively provides resources for the local blind community here at St. Paul's.
Family Life Ministries
Includes pre-marital and parenting support, seasonal outings, and Bible studies and retreats that promote growth and fellowship in a lively Christian community.
Men’s Ministry
Events and outings where Christian men can hang out and be men, including outdoor adventures and family fun.
Women’s Ministry
Includes all our women’s service groups; Meet monthly for prayer and planning to meet the spiritual needs of the women of the congregation and the community. Sponsors women’s outings, the Advent Tea, and regional retreats and conferences.
Prayer Chain
Urgent prayer is offered up by an army of prayer warriors through E-mail and phone chain. Contact the church office to be included or activate the Chain.
Bread Ministry
Homemade breads are delivered to homes of first-time visitors
