Day 4 Video: Craft instruction at 10:35, Kid-Vid at 28:10
Recap: WE MADE SOME MODIFICATIONS–
Some changes from past years:
  • Online pre-registration only, to reduce paper handling. Signing-up early helps us plan better!
  •  Ages 4 through entering 6th grade
  • Shortened schedule, 9 am - 11 am
  • Streamable with packets for those who want to participate from home.
  • Most sessions outdoors, using tents and the lawn
  • Kids sit on beach towels for spacing
  • One indoor video-viewing session will be inside (with a potty-break) and limited to less than 20 people in a large lunchroom with spacing.
  • Games and activities limited in close contact. No snacks, but crafts will be sent home to do as a family with instructions!
  • Multiple outdoor drop-off and pick-up locations
  • All staff will wear masks indoors and when in close-contact with others; students will receive a stretchable bandana which can serve as an optional face mask.
  • If rain is probable, we will notify parents by email and hold in the gym and other large spaces; parents can choose to have kids participate at home that day.
  • Crafts and supplies available for pick-up at the beginning of the week, to reduce handling.
  • If your child is feeling warm or showing symptoms, please keep him/her home; plan to have your child’s temp taken at check-in each day (either contactless or forehead)
  • No cost, but free-will offerings accepted : )
Students asked to bring:
  • Beach towel
  • Hat
  • Water bottle labeled with name
Did you miss it? You can STILL Stream the week at home at your leisure by watching and pausing our videos (at left.) We have craft packets left! Grab some cousins and come pick up your packets inside the church office doors.

What is Vacation Bible School?

Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a summer tradition that goes back for decades! Our VBS is a free, five-day summer  day camp run by volunteers. From 9 am to 11 am, kids are immersed in theme-based and energized environment where they get to develop a personal relationship with God by engaging in Bible-learning and fun with their peers.

Each day is jam-packed with positive messages, safe play, and Gospel truths that will get kids thinking about how God works in their own lives. Music, skits, hands-on learning, physical gameplay, and stories that come alive in the hands of trained educators. Kids come home exhausted and brimming with talk of new friends, new experiences and reflection. VBS is perfect introduction for the under-churched and life-application for the "seasoned" young Christian.
